Open North American Championships

The Alaska Dog Mushers Association is proud to celebrate 78 years of hosting the Open North American Championships, the world’s premier sprint sled dog race.
The ONAC is conducted under ADMA Rules
Dozens of teams from around the world will convene in Fairbanks for the three-day race, which will start on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm and run through Sunday, March 17. The Open North American Championships is the longest continuously-run sled dog race in the world.
